PLANTE, born as a home-restaurant project in 2019, is specialised in fine vegetarian cuisine. We started by organising social eating dinners and private events, driven by the desire to make good food a moment of sharing and pleasure. Our focus lies in the refinement of the raw ingredients, selecting only the best and transforming it into something unique through a natural and extremely sustainable process. In 2021, from the enthusiasm of being close to our costumers every day, PLANTE lab comes to life, our fast casual lab of vegetarian cuisine, open every day all day ( or almost! ) We have big plans for PLANTE, all in line with our values and our mission of modern and tasty vegetarian cuisine.
